For any such claim, cause of action or dispute, you agree and consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the State of Minnesota.
   2. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention, and all remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
   3. These Terms of Use contain the entire agreement between you and Dupont Decks, Inc. regarding the use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreement between you and us on such subject matter.  The parties acknowledge that no reliance is placed on any representation made but not contained in these Terms of Use.
   4. If any one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms of Use is, for any reason, held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect any other provisions of this agreement, but this agreement will be construed as if those invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provisions had never been contained in it, unless the deletion of those provisions would result in such a material change so as to cause completion of the transactions contemplated by this agreement to be unreasonable.
