We had a wonderful experience with DuPont Decks. It started with the owner coming out to help us pick colors and styles that would compliment our home. This was a nice personal touch. This company has a Coordinator who functions as a communicator between everyone involved. I was really impressed with how well everything fell into place. The workmen were professional and polite. I am writing this review to give a strong recommendation for anyone looking to add the features of a deck to your house, to consider using Dupont Construction. From the moment I contacted them to inquire about deck options and pricing, to the first time I could sit out on it and have dinner with my family, they were as thorough, professional, timely, friendly and responsive as I could have hoped for. This was the first time I had been through a process like this. Their patience and expertise in helping me through the entire process allowed me to end up with the deck of my dreams. My experience with Dupont has been wonderful from start to finish. They were fast to get the estimate to me, and prompt with all over communication between then and the completion of my project. The contractor who worked on my deck, Ron, was very kind, considerate and knowledgeable. When a surprise came up (dont they always with projects?) and we had to make changes, again everyone was prompt and communicative, I always felt I knew what was going on. And of course, my finished deck is absolutely GORGEOUS and I love it! Can't wait to use it for years to come.
