Privacy Policy

Dupont Decks, Inc. (referred to as “Dupont”, “us”, or “we”) currently owns and operates the website located at (the “Site”). To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

  1. Consent to Terms
    Your use of this Site and the information provided by it will be considered an affirmative act of agreement to this Privacy Policy as well as the Site’s Terms of Use. If you object to any of the terms in the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, you should refrain from using the Site.

    When you register an account through the Site or use the Site, we may collect information about you and your use of the site, including but not limited to “Personal Information” and “Usage Information.

    5. Children Under Age 13. We do not seek to collect any personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information from a child under the age of 13 has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

    4. If Dupont Construction & Remodeling, INC. is merged with or acquired by another company, we may transfer User Information to such company. We are not responsible for notifying you of such changes.

We may disclose User Information if required to do so by law (including, but not limited to, court orders, subpoenas, or warrants), or if in our sole discretion we reasonably believe that the disclosure is necessary to comply with the law. We may also disclose this information as necessary to protect or defend our rights or property.

    1. By requesting an estimate or otherwise providing your email address to us through the Site, you are consenting to receive certain email communications such as special offers, advice, notifications, and administrative notices.
    2. You have the option to opt out of receiving certain emails from us. These emails include emails for marketing and educational purposes. To opt out, you can email us at ____ with the subject line “Opt Out”. You may not opt out of emails from us regarding administrative purposes, such as billing.
