Job Description:
- Remove the existing small deck off the porch, and haul away the debris.
- Build a 19’ x 10’ deck with a 6’ x 7’ nook outside of the porch area and a 4’ x 4’ landing platform outside of the door with a set of 4’ wide stairs leading down to the ground.
Decking and railing
- Install Trex decking from the Enhance collection in the Sunset Cove color. Install deck fascia, and stair riser boards in Trex to enhance Sunset Cove color.
Rails on the sides of the deck
- The railing will be black TimberTech builder posts in a continuous style with a matching Trex to enhance deck board on top in Sunset Cove color on the sides. The rails on the sides of the deck will be built with black TimberTech maintenance-free 2” x 4” boards and black aluminum circular balusters
Custom Rails on the front of the deck
- The rails on the front of the deck between the TimberTech posts will be a custom design hand built to match the rest of the railing
