Job Description:
- Remove existing decking, railing and stairs completely. Keep the existing deck frame.
- Remove the angled stair platform with steps and build a new platform in the same spot with the same size.
- Jack up and support the deck, remove 4”x4” support posts and install new 6”x6’ support posts.
- Build a new 16’ wide x 6’ long extension on the front edge of the deck.
- Build new 4’ wide stairs leading down to the ground off of the deck extension.
Decking and Railing
- Install Deckorators decking in Sierra color.
- Install Deckorator fascia in Tundra color.
- Install a custom Westbury drink rail in all black around the perimeter of the deck and on the side of the angled platform on the deck installing a Deckorator Tundra deck board on top.
- Install standard Westbury railing in all black on the stairs.
- Install a black Westbury gate at the top of the stairs leading down to the ground.
