Job Description:
- Add a 10’ wide x 14’ long extension onto the existing deck frame making the new deck size 24’ wide x 14’ long
- Build a 4’ wide x 5’ long bump out with 4’ wide stairs leading down to the existing concrete walkway, approximately 5’ 6” to the ground.
- Install a cedar gate at the top of the stairs
Decking and Railing
- Install premium cedar decking on the deck and stairs
- Install premium cedar fascia and stairs risers on the deck and stairs
- Install cedar railing in a continuous style with black circular aluminum balusters on the deck, stairs, and gate.
