Project Build:
New Porch Deck North Oaks

Location: North Oaks, MN

• Built a 15’ 5” wide x 12’ long cedar screen porch with a 4’ x 4’ bump-out on the porch with stairs leading down to the ground.
• The decking used in the porch is IPE Hardwood.
• Built a new 20’ wide x 12’ custom deck off of the porch with an extended bay in the center of the deck.
• The decking on this deck is IPE Hardwood. The railing is cedar 4″ x 4″ posts with cable rails between the posts, and the top cap of the railing is an IPE Hardwood deck board which creates a wider top surface known as a “cocktail rail” that is wide enough to set drinks on.
