Deck Location: Prior Lake
- Built a new 20′ x 16′ deck that is 7′ from the ground with spiral stairs leading down to the ground.
- Install Azek decking in Kona color using Cortex Hidden Fasteners
- Install white Azek fascia and trim on the exterior of the deck and the posts under the deck
- Install Trex select railing in white composite with black circular aluminum balusters, white solar post caps on the railing.
- Black steel powder coated spiral stairs installed leading down to the ground.
