- Build a new 22′ x 14′ deck with a 4′ wide set of stairs that lead down to the ground, the deck height from the ground is approximately 32″
- Install Azek decking and Fascia in Mountain Redwood color
- Install a custom built maintenance free TimberTech composite Builder rail in black with a matching Azek redwood deck board on top to create a custom “cocktail rail” style railing that is wide enough to set your drinks on top of, the railing also has black circular aluminum balusters.
