- Built a new 16′ x 16′ deck with a 4′ x 6′ bump-out at the top and 4′ wide stairs leading down to the ground. Deck height from the ground is 7′.
- Installed Azek decking in Slate Gray.
- Installed White Azek fascia and stair risers on the deck.
- Installed a Trex Select white railing system with black circular aluminum balusters.
- Wrapped the posts under the deck with white Azek trim boards.
