New deck build – This massive deck features a gradual arch on the left side of the deck. The front of the deck has cable railing installed, so the view of Forest Lake is not obstructed by the railing. The sides of the deck and the stairs have Trex Transcend railing with white posts, and the top and bottom rails and balusters are in Vintage Lantern Color.
- The decking is Azek in Acacia Color.
- The fascia around the outside perimeter of the deck is white.
- A sitting/ storage bench in matching Azek Acacia decking was built for the homeowner.
- Stay tuned for additional pictures of this deck. This summer, the homeowner plans to have a spiral side installed on the deck and a catamaran cargo net installed in the floor on the right front side of the deck that can be used as a hammock.
