Location: Corcoran
- Build a new 16′ x 14′ deck with a 4′ x 4′ bump out at the top with 4′ wide stairs leading down to the ground. The deck height from the ground is approximately 7′
- Install new azek decking in Slate Gray
- Install white azek fascia and stair risers
- Wrap the posts under the deck with white azek trim boards
- Install an all white maintenance free vinyl railing system with white square balusters and white New England style post caps.
