- Built a new deck with an open vaulted gable roof over a 12′ x 16′ section of the deck, the underside of the roof is covered with knotty cedar boards.
- Off of the main deck is a drop down hot tub deck.
- Decking is Azek in Autumn Chestnut color with a decorative border in Azek Brazilian Walnut.
- Posts and columns are wrapped with white Azek trim boards.
- The railing is the all-aluminum Westbury Tuscany style railing in Bronze color.
