Job Description:
- Remove existing deck and pergola
- Build a 10’ wide x 20’ long screen porch with a vaulted gable roof and 9’ tall sides
- Build a 6’ wide x 4’ long landing with 6’ wide steps to the ground
- Install shingles and black soffit and fascia to match the existing on the exterior of the house.
- Install 4” x 4” cedar support posts and pine tongue and groove ceiling inside the porch
- Install a ceiling fan/light combo, recessed lighting, and recessed floor outlets
- Build a 4’ x 4’ cedar wood grid above the railing around the perimeter of the porch
Decking and Railing
- Trex Winchester Gray decking, fascia, and risers
- Low-Profile Westbury horizontal cable railing with 2” x 2” posts in all black
