Location: Maple Grove, MN
- We built a 500 sq. ft. deck with a 4’ x 4’ bump-out and stairs leading down to the ground.
- Deck size 28’ x 14′ and has enhanced frame and footings on the area of the deck where the hot tub is located to support the additional weight of the hot tub.
- The decking is Fiberon Paramount decking in Mineral color with the installation of white Azek maintenance-free fascia boards around the deck’s perimeter.
- The railings installed are Westbury Tuscany aluminum railing 36” tall in white. We added a drink rail adapter on top and a matching Fiberon deck board in Mineral color, creating a continuous drink rail top around the perimeter of the deck.
