Job Description:
- Build a new 20’ wide x 12’ long deck with a 4’ x 4’ bump out
- Build 4’ wide stairs leading down to a 4’ x 4’ landing and 4’ wide stairs turning and leading down to the ground.
- Install horizontal cable railing on the deck and landing only.
- Install vertical railing on the stairs
