Location: Maple Grove
- Built a new 16′ x 24′ deck with a 4′ x 4′ bump-out at the top and 4′ wide stairs leading down to the ground. The deck height from the ground is 7′.
- Installed Trex Transcend decking in Spiced Rum color
- Installed white Azek trim fascia boards
- Installed a White Trex Select railing system with black circular balusters. The railing post caps are Trex Low Voltage LED lighted post caps.
- The deck stair risers have low voltage led lights in stalled in every other step as well
- The posts under the deck are wrapped with white Azek trim
