- A new 16′ x 16′ deck with a 4′ x 4′ bump-out at the top and 4′ wide stairs leading down to a lower 4′ x 4′ landing and then turning and continuing down to the ground.
- Decking used on this project is Azek decking in the Vintage Collection in the color Dark Hickory.
- The railings are black aluminum Deckorator railing brand with the flat top post caps.
