- We removed the old deck and built a new 20′ x 12′ deck with Azek decking in Brownstone color. This deck included an 8′ wide arc in the front center that stuck out 30″ past the deck.
- The railing is a custom-built system using the TimberTech builder rail posts in Walnut Brown color with an Azek deck board on top in Brownstone to tie the decking and railing colors together and to also create a wider top rail known as a custom “cocktail rail.”
- The homeowner wanted box pillars under the deck, so we built pillar surrounds using cedar that are 10′ tall and 16″ wide, and the pillars were then painted with a high-quality exterior-grade paint in a walnut color and brownstone to compliment the deck and railing.
