Job Description:
- Remove all decking, railing, fascia, and both sets of stairs. Re-use existing deck frame.
- Build 4’ wide stairs down to an 8’ x 4’ landing, then 4’ wide stairs down to the ground leading back towards the deck.
- Install Azek decking in French White Oak color with a 2 board picture frame border in English Walnut color.
