Screen Porch Location: Blaine
Build an 18’ x 16’ screen porch
- Install EZE screens floor to ceiling around the perimeter of the porch.
- Install screens in the upper trapezoid areas of the porch.
- Hand Frame the roof with dropped beams – Vaulted Gable Roof. The ceiling will have dropped cedar beams that will be wrapped with knotty cedar tongue and groove boards
- Knotty cedar tongue and groove boards will be installed over the existing exterior house wall in the area where the porch is located.
- The exterior of the porch will be covered with white Azek maintenance-free trim boards.
- The soffit and fascia on the exterior of the porch match the soffit and fascia on the existing home.
