- Tear down existing and build a new 16′ x 12′ deck with a 7′ x 3′ upper platform and 4′ wide steps leading down to the ground.
- Install Azek decking in Island Oak Color, Fascia is Also Azek in Island Oak
- Install one section of a custom built maintenance free Timbertech composite Builder rail in black with a matching azek island oak deck board on top to create a custom “cocktail rail” style railing that is wide enough to set your drinks on top of, the railing also has black circular aluminum balusters.
